 PICTURE NIGHT - Tuesday, January 6, 2009
 
ALL WRESTLERS: 6:00 to 6:45 pm @ Monocacy Elementary Center Gymnasium.
Be sure to wear your singlet for individual photos and your sweatshrt and shorts for team photo. 
 
CHEERLEADERS: 6:45 to 7:45 pm @ Monocacy Elementary Center Gymnasium.  
Be sure to wear your cheerleading uniform with white socks and white sneakers.
 
 For those wrestlers and cheerleaders that did not yet get their singlet or uniforms, we'll have them on Tuesday night and will be sure to get them to you that night before pictures.

ADVANCED: Mon. 1/05, Wed. 1/07 - 6 to 8 pm @ Middle School Auxiliary Gym 
 
NOVICE: Thu. 1/08 - 6 to 7:30 pm @ Middle School Auxiliary Gym

 2009 BLAZER MAT CLUB TOURNAMENT

NOVICE: Saturday, January 17 - 9:00 am @ DB High School

OPEN: Sunday, January 18 - 9:00 am @ DB High School

BLAZER MAT CLUB TOURNAMENT VOULNTEERS NEEDED

As with any non-profit organization, fundraising is the lifeblood for their survival. The Blazer Mat Club is no different. We have expenses that carry from year to year such as insurance, wrestling equipment, and cheerleading supplies.
 
Annually our Officers are challenged by the rising costs of these expenses while trying to maintain a registration fee that is reasonable for everyone.  As our registration fee is the lowest of any youth organization in the area, and we DO NOT have a mandatory fundraiser, I believe we do an outstanding job of balancing the two.
 
As in years past, The Blazer Mat Club Novice and Open tournaments have been a HUGE success, both from the standpoint of offering quality wrestling and generating funds for our organization.  The tournaments success is a direct result of our AWESOME volunteers. From family members, friends and even neighbors, we could not do it without ALL of YOU !!!!
